Why use North Texas LEAD?

In conjunction with the human resources staffs from partner employers, LEAD develops assessment teams to interview and recommend candidates for open positions in member organizations. There are no fees for the job seeker. Throughout the job search process, LEAD candidates are introduced to leadership teams of our partners during quarterly networking events. These opportunities for interaction are invaluable since candidates have one-on-one conversations with hiring managers and senior recruiters. They also hear from hired candidates who are featured at these events. Only partner employers and invited guests are allowed to attend these exclusive Candidate Networking Receptions.

The Behavioral Interview

An important part of our selection process includes a behavioral interview. Our process involves the STAR (Situation Task Action Result) interviewing method, which allows us to get a realistic idea of who our applicants are and what they can achieve in the workplace. Applicants selected to move forward in the panel interview are invited to a training session to help them become more familiar with the LEAD process and valuable insight to jump start their job search. Visit Suggestions from a Human Resources Expert for more tips about the interview process.Back To Top
