For more than 20 years, North Texas Leaders and Executives Advocating Diversity has built partnerships with the region’s most influential employers and helped connect them with talented, experienced professionals seeking new career opportunities in organizations that value diversity and inclusion.

The LEAD network is inspiring and includes hundreds of endorsed candidates now serving in executive roles at Bell, BNSF Railway, Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, DART, Oncor, Texas Health Resources and many, many more companies.
