The North Texas LEAD Board of Directors is the nonprofit organization’s governing body and is composed of senior executives of employer partners. The Board is responsible for providing strategic direction, fiscal oversight and support for the organization.
Directors commit to introduce LEAD to other potential regional employer partners and to connect successful LEAD candidates with career opportunities, especially with businesses that emphasize diversity and inclusion in leadership ranks.
