The North Texas LEAD Board of Directors is the nonprofit organization’s governing body and is composed of senior executives of employer partners. The Board is responsible for providing strategic direction, fiscal oversight, and support for the organization.
Board members are dedicated to expanding LEAD’s network by introducing the organization to prospective regional employer partners. They also help connect successful LEAD candidates with career opportunities at companies seeking strong leadership talent.
