Our Purpose
The goal of North Texas Leaders and Executives Advocating Diversity (LEAD) is to make North Texas the destination of choice both for diverse talent that choose to live and work in an inclusive residential and business community, and for employers whose leaders desire to tap and employ the rich array of diverse talent that increasingly does and will comprise the American workforce.
North Texas leaders have embraced LEAD’s goals and approaches to diversify their leadership ranks. They have determined an employer’s success with its products and services is strengthened by reaching out to every segment of the community. This recognition, in turn, makes it vitally important to have a diverse team of professionals and managers at every level of any successful organization.
Our collaborative effort between employers and community leaders enables us to identify top diverse talent for employment consideration by our partners. Proud candidates have helped spread the word about this wonderful vision resulting in professionals applying with us from all regions of the United States in addition to Taiwan and Canada. |
Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors strives to make North Texas the destination of choice for top diverse talent. Board of Directors meetings provide opportunities for the sharing of best practices on how to create inclusive corporate cultures.
