Job Description
American Airlines, Inc. has multiple openings for a Sr. Object Oriented Programmer to perform the following duties: Design and analyze architecture of highly scalable airport automation application. Develop software applications using Java, Spring, Hibernate, Spring STS, Maven, Python, Spring-JPA, Dozer Mapper, Angular JS, HTML5,Bootsrap CSS 3, Javascript, Jenkins,  MapBox UI, Connect-Me. Follow Agile Methodology. Develop REST services using Java J2EE technology stack. Document and Test REST service using  swagger UI or DHC rest client. Use Angular JS, Javascript, HTML 5, CSS, Blur Admin components for front end development. Code animation to mimic application behavior on airport maps using MAPBOX-JS. Work with QA to fix and validate defects. Setup Jenkins Pipeline Jobs. Write automatic deployment scripts using Python. Use Rally to Validate developed application to verify acceptance criteria. Use Rally to review user story to know the user requirements. Deploy application on Pivotal TC server. Use Spunk for Application monitoring. Develop Health-check mechanism for applications. Write Junits for unit testing purpose.
