Job Description :
The Senior Manager of Branding, Marketing and Trade Show (BMATS) Communications establishes strategic direction to the BMATS team to ensure all branding, advertising social/digital and trade show activity aligns to corporate strategies and key Aeronautics business objectives. Must be a strategic thinker with broad experience in communications and demonstrated success in branding and marketing.

Key responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team to ensure consistent, strategic brand presence, ensuring all activity supports key business objectives.
• Manage Aeronautics’ external websites and social media properties, including F-35 and CodeOne magazine, with responsibility for content strategy, resource planning, and performance standards for all owned communications channels.
• Lead advertising function, providing guidance in the creation and execution of advertising campaigns.
• Establish and enforce standards for quality, consistency, effectiveness and brand support by managing the AC-1560 process.
• Drive integration among paid, earned, shared and owned online content in coordination with media relations, employee communications and community relations functional peers.
• Provide prudent fiscal planning and oversight, meeting all marketing communications budgetary requirements.
• Assess and report advertising, website and social media performance metrics and evaluate emerging trends and best practices.
• Manage Aeronautics representation on the corporate Marketing Council.
• Serve as Aeronautics liaison to the Corporation’s advertising agency of record.
• Lead trade show communications for Aeronautics presence at major domestic and international air and trade shows, including STEM initiatives.
• Candidate must be collaborative, detail oriented, and have strong teamwork philosophy.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with proven experience developing a team and coaching to help others achieve their potential.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN OR LEAGALLY AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE U.S. AS A PERMANENT RESIDENT. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
