DFW Airport’s Customer Relations Manager provides exceptional customer service for millions of passengers at the fourth largest airport in the world. Performance Objectives:
  • Supervises and monitors performance of the customer interfacing key products including (but not limited to) Information Zones, Meet & Greet, VIP Services and Lost & Found, from inception to implementation and delivery to optimize customer care.
  • Building relationships with internals and externals stakeholders by understanding their business and customer needs in order to provide effective support
  • Provide support during irregular operational events by providing customers with information and amenities to meet or exceed customer need and expectations
  • Assists in the development of vendor contract technical specifications related to customer services by providing training in areas needed and taking corrective action where required.
  • Develops and implements strategic initiatives to optimize the customer-facing products by collaborating with aviation and other customer centric industries by presenting these concepts into actionable projects for DFW.
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure any enhancements or impacts to the customer-facing products is managed without any negative consequence on the customer experience.
  • Providing regular basis project updates on new concepts and ideas, actual and potential customer experience impacts, and corrective actions needed to the Senior Manager Customer Relations.
