Overview

The Corporate Business Systems (CBS) Manager is responsible for managing and directing both the domestic and international support activities of Application Technical Specialists and contractors who support and provide technical services for SuccessFactors and related third-party applications.  They are also responsible for overseeing all project related and enhancement related changes and/or break fix activities as it pertains to any of the CBS supported systems.
 

Responsibilities

JOB DUTIES
 
  • Supervise Corporate Business Systems Application Technical Specialist team members.
  • Act as an adviser and liaison for the SuccessFactors user community including HR and Learning Admin teams.
  • Coordinate support activities with SAP SuccessFactors Preferred Care.
  • Serve as a liaison to senior IT management, reporting on the status of global projects, identifying issues and assessing their impact, and proactively recommending solutions
  • Partner with the PMO to gather and document business, user and functional business requirements to support upgrades, enhancements, change and/or fixes to existing or new CBS systems.
  • Planning, coordinating and monitoring the activities of outside vendors to ensure their ongoing alignment with global project and business goals.
  • Manage international customer relationships with supported business groups.
  • Assist GMF QA Team with developing and executing test scripts to verify all system functionality.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation (including but not limited to trouble shooting and audit).
  • Work closely with international ITS team members to resolve issues.
  • Ensure all team members have a clear understanding of vision and strategy, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Work with senior departmental management to develop subordinates in proper use of Performance Planning tools.
  • Hiring, training, mentoring, motivating and evaluating team members.
