Job Description
Scope, define, manage and lead the implementation of projects through the user experience testing and design process. Manage projects through the UX / agile lifecycle. Engage with the business to identify goals and requirements, translate business rules so that design and usability can build solutions to solve problems.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage project request queue, assets and tasks
  • Oversee project deliverables from concept through agile development and post production
  • Manage projects for all digital applications across all digital channels
  • Help determine creative scope for projects
  • Lead day-to-day activities of the project team
  • Gather and translate rules and assets from stakeholders
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation
Job Qualifications
  • 3+ years’ experience in eCommerce and project management
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent business experience
  • Understanding of design and application design and development
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Demonstrated skill creating flow diagrams and wireframes
  • Experience with usability testing and test planning
  • At least 3 years’ experience in developing and implementing user-centered design
  • At least 3 years’ experience in information architecture, project planning / management and web/user analytics​
