Position Summary
Hillwood Communities is looking for an enthusiastic, marketer to join its team! Our Assistant Manager, Realtor Outreach will manage our grassroots outreach and communications program to help grow brand awareness and drive realtor sales in our DFW communities. He/She will report to the Marketing Communications Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Outreach Calendar: Schedule outreach initiatives promoting Hillwood Communities to DFW realtors and realtor groups including events, sponsorships, individual luncheons/meet and greets, etc.
  • Presentations: Conduct 5-10 minute presentations/Q&A introducing Hillwood Communities to realtors and realtor groups.
  • Professional Organizations: Represent Hillwood Communities in professional organizations of which we are members (Sales and Marketing Council, Dallas Builders’ Association)
  • Special Events: Execute on-site realtor events including grand openings, tours, product launches, etc.
  • Personal Touches: Coordinate post-sale communications to all realtors including thank you notes, phone calls, gift deliveries, etc. Frequently visit local real estate offices to deliver newsletters and community marketing material - is available to give presentations during Real Estate office sales meetings if needed.
  • Benchmarking: Research realtor marketing initiatives of local competition, and share best practices with Houston and Georgetown marketing teams.   
  • Social Media Content: Generate social media content promoting realtor activity
  • Budget Management: Process invoices and incentive commissions; generate monthly budget summaries for each community.
  • Partner Relations: Develop relationships with builder partners and key realtors by setting up meetings and lunches.
  • Reporting: Generate monthly report summarizing outreach activities. Work with Manager to design and implement real estate performance metrics, goals and reporting which includes tracking realtor activity and participation. Maintain annual report to share with leadership team on the success of the realtor outreach strategic plan.
  • Manage Contacts: Input all new realtor leads into Salesforce. Create and maintain Realtor database.
  • Administrative Support: Provide overall administrative support to Marketing team as needed including booking office tours, planning events, collecting data, managing guest lists, etc.
  • Brand Ambassador: Provide tours of the community projects and office facilities. Develop creative ideas to share the brand story.
  • Communication: Work with Marketing Communications Manager to develop content for realtor marketing campaigns
  • Builder Sales Relations: Attend weekly builder sales meetings to understand and communicate builders’ needs for realtor marketing support.
