Description: The EMR Reporting Analyst is responsible for analyzing organizational reporting needs and for the design and development of the Clarity and Workbench reporting. Responsible for managing the Extract, Transport, Load (ETL) process to move data to the Clarity data base.          Typical Duties:
  1. Assists team members and end-users in the design and development of Epic Workbench Reports.
  2. Assists project team members with the design and development of Clarity reports.
  3. Participates in integrated testing; complete reporting related project tasks identified.
  4. Ensures deliverables are approved by the appropriate users and are completed and obtain end-users sign-off on reporting deliverables.
  5. Reviews final product for accuracy and completeness.
  6. Follows communication and project documentation standards and processes.
  7. Ensures report match to actual business needs within the context of new workflows and applications.
  8. Performs analysis of end-user report requirements to understand the reporting need.
  9. Gains sufficient understanding of EMR workflows to understand the effect on data to be reported.
  10. Validates the report with the end-user and ensure end-user knows how to access the report.
  11. Performs other related duties as assigned.
