Who can apply?

North Texas LEAD is specifically designed for experienced, diverse individuals who can positively and substantively contribute to the operations of one of our partner employers. If you hold a Bachelor’s Degree and significant experience in the same field as the job for which you are applying, feel free to take the first step in your journey and submit your application. Your resume will be screened to determine if you are selected for the next step in our process – the behavioral interview.Back To Top

Why use North Texas LEAD?

In conjunction with the human resources staffs from partner employers, LEAD develops assessment teams to interview and recommend candidates for open positions in member organizations. There are no fees for the job seeker. Throughout the job search process, LEAD candidates are introduced to leadership teams of our partners during quarterly networking events. These opportunities for interaction are invaluable since candidates have one-on-one conversations with hiring managers and senior recruiters. They also hear from hired candidates who are featured at these events. Only partner employers and invited guests are allowed to attend these exclusive Candidate Networking Receptions.

The Application Process

Our application process is specifically designed to find the best qualified applicants for our partners. Please visit our LEAD Partners page for a current roster of affiliated employers. From there, you are encouraged to visit the partner websites to identify suitable openings for yourself. LEAD will endorse the applications made by candidates whose resumes specifically reflect and highlight the requirements listed in the job description posted by the employer. The Behavioral Interview

An important part of our selection process includes a behavioral interview. Our process involves the STAR (Situation Task Action Result) interviewing method, which allows us to get a realistic idea of who our applicants are and what they can achieve in the workplace. Applicants selected to move forward in the panel interview are invited to a training session to help them become more familiar with the LEAD process and valuable insight to jump start their job search.
