The Experts Speak

Not only will LEAD candidates get to hear feedback from panel interviewers, the communities of the world wide web will get an inside glimpse of what Human Resources executives say about resume preparation, attire, interviewing techniques.  Members of North Texas LEAD’s Human Resources Executives Network agreed to spend an afternoon responding to questions most job seekers seldom get to pose to the HR policy makers who actually drive the hiring process.  “It’s no surprise to hear frustration from job seekers who invest hundreds of dollars for coaching, resume revamping and other forms of job search assistance,” says LEAD’s President and Executive Director, Gyna Bivens.    Although LEAD can’t provide one-on-one coaching with all members of the HR Execs, Bivens says they can share some of the tips provided by the pros on the organization’s website.  Bivens also says an event featuring LEAD’s HR Execs is being scheduled for August.  “It will be open to LEAD candidates and to the public as well.”
